@d_micolletYou are joking. EU services hopefully runS wirhin a EU owned data center in their basement. No external service should be used and e.g. hiding behind Cloudflare is IMHO illegal. Multi homed fiber connection and 3 lines of firewalls included. DDOS can happen, but there are other ways to fight back then transfering/transmitting data to 3 rd parties. @EU_Commission

@d_micollet Even worse, the EU europa.eu SSL Certs private key is handed out to Cloudflare, so they are are in the posintion to read all the traffic to the EU servers as man in the middle unencrypted. It is really bad that the EU has not On-Premise datacenter in-house without any 3rd party. @d_micollet 3) I assume, the server by itself is placed somewhere at a EU owned location but Cloudflare works as front-end reversed proxy. So the proxy forwards the data to the real server, able to read everything unencrypted.
