       Wife fav, turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, & broccoli. Recipe: mirepoix (1/2 celery, 1/3 onion, 1 small carrot) minced, 2 minced garlic cloves, dried slice gf bread, 1 egg, and 2T Worcestershire sauce, salt/pepper to taste. Next, mix in 1lb 93% gr turkey, put in oiled bread pan, bake approx 55 min @ 350F. Topping: 1/2C catsup, 1T mustard, 1/8t brown sugar, dash of nutmeg mixed. Spread topping on after meatloaf cooked, put under broiler until starts to brown & bubble.
