       Many ecosystems during the Middle and Late Triassic were populated by medium to huge croc-line archosaurs like these two: Mandasuchus tanyauchen (top) and Prestosuchus chiniquensis (bottom)Mandasuchus lived during the Middle Triassic in Africa, whereas the huge Prestosuchus lived in Middle Triassic South AmericaBoth these illustrations were done for my book (still in preparation) and will be part of sections about the Manda Beds (Mandasuchus) and the Santa Maria Formation (Prestosuchus)
