       @dave it’s not about his ‘crime against her’, it’s his using regulated campaign money illegally, then going to great lengths to hide this. In any business circumstance (employee or owner), we’d call it embezzlement. Heck, analysis of the indictment showed they carefully tailored payments to Cohen to overpay taxes just to prevent it from being tax fraud.

       @dave The Daniel’s quote is "I don’t think that his crimes against me are worthy of incarceration. I feel like the other things that he has done, if he is found guilty, absolutely”. The payment to Daniel’s was not a crime against her. It may prove to be a crime but not against her. The only crimes against her, that we know of, are calling her a liar, threatening to sue her, and a less than satisfying performance in a hotel room in 2006. So yeah, probably not jail worthy.
