       @blue_heathen Last time SCOTUS took up one of these cases was in 2005 (?) or thereabouts and it was narrowly decided. The current 6-3 split is actually a chasm, (not a split), and I bet you they’d rule that it’s MANDATORY to display the 10 commandments

       @blue_heathen Texas should really start by closing all stores on the Sabbath, thereby keeping it holy. And probably ban all transportation of goods in the state too, since those are people working.
