full disclosure, i did react by spamming them with insults, which i was hoping was annoying enough for them to block me, which unfortunately didn’t happen. onlookers possibly read it as a “deranged overreaction” but i feel like spamming “fuck off” at a transphobe until they fuck off, and delete their shitty post from *my* thread, is proportional and actually pretty low effort. and cathartic. transphobes deserve to be spammed and yelled at, i don’t care how “reasonable” cis people think this “both sides” shit is. telling me directly i don’t deserve to exist in public is monsterous, even if you tack “i’m not transphobic, but…” on the front of it.cis people: stop falling for that. ffs.

@bri_seven 💜💜 you’re not alone. I’ve done this before I honestly think it helps. Fuck the optics anyways. Who’s gonna see it? 20 working class people with no actual power? Because of work I have to let so much transphobia slide. Go off when you can, anybody who doesn’t understand a trans woman’s rage isn’t somebody who is willing to meet you where you’re at anyways.

@bri_seven my coworker and I got into it and she said “well let’s just agree we have different opinions then” so I shot back “no opinion you have that denies me my personhood will ever be valid in my eyes, fuck you very much” and she hasn’t talked to me since 🤷♀️
