       I think I might need to take a costume maker to small claims court for a product I have yet to receive. The costume maker is in KY and the amount is just under 1500. I mailed him final payment plus shipping in Dec 2022. I have all the receipts of payments and conversation regarding the transaction. I’ve never gone thru the process. I’m assuming I have to file this in KY via the internet..anybody got any insight for me?

       @krisvox Legal Karma to you, Sir Vox!Where you find the forms, is probably the Clerk of The Court office. They probably have a web directory of Clerks you can call for guidance on how to go through the process.

       @krisvox If this was sent through the mail, you can go through the post office for mail fraud. I sent them after a Ebay seller back in the day when I sent a certified check and they never sent me my stuff. They don't fuck around.
