@artesianspring no. How many more federal prosecutors need to come forward to say they prosecute much more complex cases much faster? The severity of the crime dictates when it’s not political. This has been obstructed from the inside and those for a brave enough to voice their concerns know democracy is in danger.

@HistoPol @flexghost @Tilopa @Hey_Beth Loved Maddow's podcast, but my takeaway was different. That 40s trial dragged on so long, drained of momentum, that eventually it failed. Also, nothing says Garland has one chance. He can indict Trump for diff crimes (insurrection, documents, campaign finance, Muller's obstructions charges). He could hit him w parallel indictments or sequential indictments. Garland needs to get moving and quit waiting for the one perfect shot.
