This is absurd. If Biden commits a crime, he should also be prosecuted. And random local prosecutors will not be able to bring cases against former presidents. The Manhattan DA is bringing a case against Trump because he lived and work in Manhattan for decades.

@juddlegum Remember, the Times has always been garbage. Their coverage of the imaginary “confirmed Iraqi WMDs, including nuclear weapons,” their deeply homophobic editorial coverage throughout the gay rights struggles, and their contemporary transphobic editorial stance of today are all evidence of the generally low quality of their work. They are “the newspaper of record” because of who they know and where they are. Their writing and reporting is generally of dismal quality.
