Cool, I just figured out that you can follow my #Drumming channel on #PeerTube, right here from Mastodon. *Should* work if you enter this URL into your "Search" box on Mastodon's web interface (not sure how it works on the apps yet): https://video.midreality.com/c/jevangelho_channel/videos

@killyourfm Hmm… I’m trying it from the @IceCubesApp app on IOS. When I go to search for a user and paste that URL in, I wind up getting prompted to go that page… not to follow within the app.(And cc’ing the developer for his info.)When I go the actual page, there is a “Subscribe” button, and when I tap that and enter “danyork@mastodon.social” it looks like it will do a remote subscribe… but then it doesn’t.I will have to try this later when I’m back in office

@geoscum I fired up a Cloudron installation via Linode, then installed PeerTube with Cloudron. It's about a $30/month server. Dedicated 2-core CPU and 4GB RAM, but I think you could get away with a shared CPU server.
