Found some Italian made gluten-free lasagna noodles that require no pre-cooking. You just be a little more generous with the sauce, and that liquid cooks them as they bake. I'm excited. I'll post the brand later.

@hereticgoddess My brother used to do a white lasagna. That was good. This is just going to be with lots of ricotta, some ground turkey instead of beef in the meat sauce. Just a fairly normal lasagna from where I come from.

@hereticgoddess Since I moved I have been able to find every gluten free thing I used to get back in NY, except for stuffed pasta. Ravioli, stuffed shells, whatever... so I'll have to make my own lasagna with lots of ricotta as a substitute.
