       PANCITOS DE NATILLAINGREDIENTES:3 tazas de harina1 cda de levadura instantánea 1 cda de polvo de hornear2 cditas de azúcar 1 cdita de sal3/4 taza de agua60 grs de mantequilla1 huevo1/2 taza de natilla ( crema ácida o sour cream) 1 huevo medio batido con 2 cdas de agua.PREPARACIÓN:en el tazón de la batidora coloque la harina,levadura,polvo de hornear,azúcar y sal,mezcle, luego agregar el agua y bata para unir todo,ahora coloque la mantequilla,el huevo y natilla, bata hasta tener una masa fina,con la masa lista forme bollitos ya sea chicos o mas grandes y colocar en una bandeja engrasada, barnizar con el huevo medio batido con el agua y llevar a un horno precalentado a 350° F por 25 minutos o hasta dorar.
