The mass surveillance in Denmark is off the rails. Luckily, former minister of defence, Claus Hjort, admitted the existence of the mass surveillance on a tv-show. But instead of sparking a constructive debate, the Danish government has dragged him to court for revealing how dystopian society has become. @randahl When I talk about it, it is hearsay. When he talks about it, it is legally revealing secrets, and that is illegal;) Hence the trial. If you don’t like it, vote for someone who will change the law. #dkmedier #dkpol

@anderspuck A politician should be able to trust the judicciary if anyone. He helped write the rules. Frustration or not. Nice or not.

@Hovedorganet Sure. I just think we should remember the context which was that the defense minister at the time was the one who started this mess, when she suspended key civil servants for self serving purposes and threw our intelligence system into a historic crisis.
