       @textfiles I worked in the tape room at a TV station in the 90s, and we still got a few locally produced ad reels on U-matic tape now and then. We had that same model machine in the rack used for transferring each individual ad to 5 minute Beta SP cassettes for use in our auto-loader. I wouldn't be extremely surprised if you could still buy parts for it, that stuff was built to repair and run for decades.
