@funranium I was fascinated by the incredible effort to clean up the DU "Davy Crockett" ballistic-equivalent tracer rounds at the old firing ranges of Scoville Barracks in Hawaii, in the midst of all kinds of UXO, not to mention diesel fuel tanks leaking into the water supply.

@funranium @anderspuck Is anyone questioning the use of depleted uranium ammunition? It‘s bot radioactive waste, and radioation is not its purpose. Its purpose is to penetrate tank armor. That‘s it. And it‘s great for that. So let‘s give it to Ukraine, so they can destroy Russian tanks more easily.
