       Welp, our land offer was not good enough, apparently. we lost on terms (again). I hate this feeling so much, and it keeps happening. You spend so much time and energy just...choosing the place, only to have it ripped away by a cash buyer. I hate purchasing real-estate so, so much.At least we're starting to see new options crop up.        @seth thanks. I take comfort in knowing we have a plan b that I like almost as much as buying land this year.If we fail to buy land while I Vermont this summer, I'm pretty sure we'll spend some of the money I accumulated this year on a much small second camper that we specifically use when traveling, and just use this current rig for east coast travel, and winter.That'll allow us to go back out west for a few years.I just need to be patient, relax, and let this all work itself out.

       @seth Yeah eventually. We obviously live in a camper now, and I would like to take advantage of that and build what I want to have while we live in the camper.
