       @Shiroyasha tellin u, IVR. interactive voice phone system. hours of operation: m-f 10-6 or whatever you want. all other times it goes to voicemaili recently updated my voice transcription service to openAI whisper and the voice mail transcription is nearly perfect. i get voice mail transcripts to my email and doesn't rely on cloud spy services

       @Shiroyasha there are tons of voip services with IVR capabilities that give you a simple web dashboard.  you'd have to have your business number ported to them though
