       Funny, one root #DNS server has aDoT (DNS over TLS): B-root. It is even consistent, all its instances work properly.(Despite the statement  https://root-servers.org/media/news/Statement_on_DNS_Encryption.pdf where the root name servers operators said they won't encrypt.)
