       Having been self diagnosed #ActuallyAutistic, and only recently able to take steps to manage things, I just today got my first pair of noise cancelling headphones. I never realized until I put them on how much the noise in my home was bothering me. The relief of just being in a quiet environment actually reduced me to tears. I'm absolutely stunned. One of the best decisions I've ever made. If any of you are on the fence, definitely recommend. :autism:

       @secretsloth I can difficultly  handle noises outside -traffic, people talking- and the near presence of groups of people..   For me it works to have music on..
