       @lauren I have been warning about #Chatcontrol and have translated #CharKontrolle coverage from @netzpolitik_feed but no one has listened. This is only one facet, and the US monopolies are already participating - voluntarily - in Europe in phase one of this pervasive spying project that, like the FBI always does, uses the fear of "child porn" to bring on the full blown dystopia. Now wake more people up to this coming hell. @byterhymer

       @lauren I wonder what they use as the starting date for measuring age?A lot of bozos out there, if they were consistent, would start the age clock at conception or first detectable heartbeat.  But they probably won't.

       @karlauerbach @lauren Oh, it isn't just about minors. EVERYONE must submit proof of age.SB 152 reads in part (emphasis mine):"13-63-102. Age requirements for use of social media platform"(3) (a) Beginning March 1, 2024, a social media company shall **verify the age of an existing or new Utah account holder** and, if the existing or new account holder is a minor, confirm that a minor has consent as required under Subsection (1):"So, prove you're NOT a minor.

       @lauren Just shows how difficult parenting can be when these Republican lawmakers would rather come in to work and legislate the tech companies to make their kids get off of social at bedtime.
