@Jim Following my stupid instinct of having to find an explanation for everything; it looks like an effort to circumvent low IQ: Probably they mean: "Please find and follow established procedures, always inquire for existing procedures" But the low IQ hordes probably ignore procedures all the time using the "I'm thinking out of the box" reasoning.Anyway, it is probably a humiliation ritual, along with the dances.

There was some morning group shit 20 years ago, but it was "Alright, move your wrists like this, good. Now like this, alright, cool. @Don_Keedik @Jim Supermarket as in grocery store (thats usually what that means in the US) or supermarket as in a store that deals a little bit of everything like Walmart and Target?Grocery store chains, mostly not. Stores similar to Walmart, probably yes to varying degrees. Can at least verify that Meijer (Walmart competitor) makes their wage slaves wear shirts and vests covered with word salad saying how commited they are to diversity and inclusion.

@Squadalah_Man @Jim I'm a europoor and I had a fair share of these jobs back in the day. Sure the pay was shit and the company couldn't care less about us and so on, but this is well beyound that. They are actively making the employees miserable for no apparent reason (or so it would seem to me).Anyways thaks for the feedback, I was curious if this is just one company or a national phenomenon.

@Jim When I was in college a friend of mine and I were looking for part time work. We went to wal mart and they have a hiring thing where 10 plus folks all get together and they talk and play this video for you. And it’s like a cult lol. I wish I could find a copy on YouTube.
