       @rubbercable Fact: Putin won't be arrested in Xina.Why?1. Because Xina is a dictatorship like Putin-oppressed Russia2. Because no dictatorship shares & supports the values of a global UN-backed rules-based order.3. Because saber-rattling & past imperial "glory" are no longer globally accepted justifications to steal neighboring countries' territories, except by legacy dicktatorial potentates clinging to undeserved power. 4.
