PCs are just jumbo-sized towers, right? What's stopping you from shipping it in parts with other important items that may come shipped in crates?

Servers are just jumbo-sized towers, right? What's stopping you from shipping it in parts or carrying them in a huge duffel bag? Also, may be worth asking any relatives in the area if they'll be willing to physically host your server so long as you can cover the electric bills for it.
