Confession: I keep checking to see if an indictment has been filed, and I'm waiting until the last minute to do my weekend blog post.The Stormy Daniels crime is less serious but the statute of limitations is approaching.The manhattan DA financial crimes investigation started in 2019, so it's the longest running.Next would be the Georgia matter, which got started in early 2021. The DOJ kicked off in March 2021, when Garland was sworn in, and is the most complex.And the stolen docs case.

Fox says next week for the Manhattan DA.“We are learning that the Manhattan DA office has asked for a meeting with law enforcement ahead of a potential Trump indictment. The meeting is to discuss logistics for some time next week which would mean they are anticipating an indictment next week”

@Teri_Kanefield SoL: What did I miss? I read from some reliable source that I can't remember that the NY SoL was suspended when tRUmp moved to Florida. If true, and given that there were acts of furtherance while in office, I'd think there is still a lot of run time. So, what am I missing?
