I wonder when the AI assistant pushers will figure out to shard the algorithm into multiple, topic specific agents who are rendered as not very bright animal friends. A creepy ladybot who's expert at nothing? No, thank you. A pack of dorky dogs and parrots who give me questionable but occasionally interesting advice, each on a single topic? Yes, please.

@trevorflowers That could fit with @simon and his "run LLM's client side" experiments https://simonwillison.net/2023/Mar/17/beat-chatgpt-in-a-browser/

@KevinMarks @trevorflowers Funnily enough I've been poking around with ideas to simulate animal-based topic advisors for different topics just based on ChatGPT system promptsI want to get marketing device from a Golden Eagle, with eagle-related analogies mixed in

@simon @KevinMarks Ha! I love it. Sign me up as an alpha tester. I originally daydreamed about such a flock of animal advisors when I was working on a web browser for VR headsets. It was pretty clear that something like ChatGPT was coming and that it would have all of the flaws that it currently has so finding a way to embody those flaws in a transparent but useful way seemed important. Most importantly, they need to be obviously not human and a little dim.
