       The sheer amount of stuff that is being produced these days is insane. It's so easy to buy a piece of ridiculously powerful technology full of precious rare earth metals. You don't "want" a phone charger, you NEED a phone charger because you lost your other one because in the back of your head you know you can get another for <20 dollars so you "go grab one."Trying to put it into words but it's just a feeling in the air. The vibe of "Amazon essentials." It's so cheap, it's so easy to get but the reason why it's so cheap it's so easy to get.... You know those reasons can't be good. Somewhere in the world forests are being overturned and people are being worked like turnspits.And the trash. There is so much that is thrown away. Never to be used or useful ever again. It can't go on like this. It can't. Not possible, but clearly it's supposed to be very, very normal
