       I am back on the beat for the Proud Boys seditious conspiracy trial. Today is the 37th day of proceedings and so far, at nearly 10:30am, the jury is still not brought in as parties tangle over evidence...including evidence already admitted. This is the longest trial and these poor jurors are really being disregarded, in my opinion. And I am loathe to offer them but my goodness, this is absurd. No jury should have to wait this often and this long.

       @Brandi_Buchman I've been thinking the same thing as I've followed your coverage. The longest trial for which I've been a juror lasted a month, and that was much more than enough. This seems onerous.
