       After five months of accomplishing absolutely nothing and ballooning to a little over 350 lbs. I finally went back to the gym that I had been paying for the entire time and walked thirty minutes on a treadmill. 💩 To 💪 soon

       @newt people keep saying I'm tall enough for it to be okay to be this heavy but my knees and ankles would argue with them if given the chance.

       @furgar unless you're 3 metres tall, I don't think you're tall enough. Though, I'm not sure you even need a gym. Just walking would give you a good exercise until you're in a better shape.

       @furgar walking plus some sort of restrictive diet has been the only way i have actually lost weight before. it is also the easiest. Like keto plus intermittent fasting plus 3 miles a day is a simple formula that has pretty much guaranteed results and is not much suffering.
