Any music player recommendations for #postmarketOS running #phosh? Looking for something that supports #Navidrome/#Subsonic, as my oneplus6 doesn't have enough room for all my music.I've been using the browser, but it would be nice to have a proper client.

I'm currently aware of both #Sonically and #SublimeMusic, but neither of them are available via flatpaks or the pmos package manager as of yet.

@pavot Sublime Music is in Alpine, and should be installable in pmOS: https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/edge/testing/x86_64/sublime-musicIt's in "edge" only though (since it's in the "testing" repo), so if you're running pmOS stable then it won't be available yet... I submitted this just now so that it'll get in for the next pmOS stable release this summer:https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/merge_requests/45080

@pavot @craftyguy would this be recommended? https://stackoverflow.com/a/57269868 Or could potentially break things? i guess if the package depends on other stuff it will pull it from edge as well?

@minkiu @pavot If it works now, that's a coincidence, basically. That package depends on quite a few other ones that don't exist in stable yet (see the commits in that MR for a list.)If someone could try it out, and let me know if it's usable on mobile, I could propose it for a future stable "service pack" that would add it to the current stable release branch. I wouldn't want to go through the trouble of backporting/supporting it in stable if it was hard to use on a mobile display.

@pavot So about that... I ended up closing that MR based on feedback from the Alpine folks. I guess it's not a great option...
