@chameleon_museMy daughter Ellie has a sugar problem, she also does boxing and MMA twice a week so it balances out a little.The Zanzibar ice cream they sell is amazing! I can't find it anywhere to buy for home.

@That_One_Guy Boxing is such a high. Does take a ridiculous amount of carbs to recover. My grandpa was a boxer, professionally. I'm too squeamish but enjoy workouts that way.

@chameleon_museProfessional boxer, very cool!We got her into it after the pandemic slowed some. She had made black belt in taekwondo and had to quit because of COVID then decided to try something different. At the beginning it was just exercise but I also feel she'll have the tools to defend herself if I'm not there. My biggest fear as a dad is something happening and me not being there.

@That_One_Guy He was incredible, larger than life machismo sometimes but that is just the Hispanic culture. All he knew were friends. Every where we went. Sport took it's toll on his body though. But yeah, definitely a good protective activity. I loved that background. Adds sharp awareness to surroundings and increased response. It's given me more confidence.
