       Speaking of which, are there any tools that you use to help you in day-to-day life? I find that a weighted blanket and certain relaxation techniques help with anxiety, and I have many apps that help with memory loss (if you want to know more, feel free to ask) #Neurodivergent

       @calculsoberic I guess! I allow myself to be less structured with morning pages; my hand is like an extension of my brain.Journal writing is more deliberate and structured for me.
