       感觉买个表也不管用。看着时间过去但是心里毫无波澜就是不想做事。一直想要克服这种毛病，反反复复反反复复。

       只要启动3分钟就能顺利做下去了，我感觉像个机器人一样需要有人按一下开机键。以后可以找我朋友监督我在重要事情上启动3分钟。
