@monsterislandcolonizer Hmm, this matches the real test I took, less 5 or so points, but the verbal score is far lower than what the real test showed, probably because this test used a different methodology and metric that's not really accurate to verbal intelligence. :02_think: There comes a point when knowing wide vocabulary is less important to knowing how to interpret syntax and flow of logical reasoning, which this test did not measure. :02shrug: Or I could just be coping with how poorly I did and how few words I know compared to what I want to know. :why:

@diresock @monsterislandcolonizer there's multiple factors that will affect IQ test score. Even knowing that you are taking an IQ test will affect score. I don't know by how much though. I've read that it's not always a good predictor of intelligence. I've known some genuinely stupid people who were way more intelligent than me in some ways. The military ASVAB test isn't exactly an IQ test, but ASVAB scores strongly correlate with IQ. When I was on recruiting duty, I could predict someone's ASVAB score +/- 5 points from a 10 minute conversation.
