       @jeff In USA there are the patriotic precious metals: lead, brass, and blued steel. You can't eat gold or silver, but with patriot precious metals you can catch dinner on the hoof. A $1.00 ingot of patriot precious metals can put an entire moose or elk or bear in the freezer. That is a mighty return on investment. As a bonus, patriot precious metals help keep uppity gangsters off your lawn.

       @jeff 'Scaling up' is the Murrican way. Investing ostentatiously is giving thanks. So many just don't understand. 'Go big or go home' is a granite way of showing love and awe for the things that matter, the things that build up from small to big. The 'big boss', the 'big guy', the 'big guns', the 'next big thing' are ways of showing gratitude for the things that got us to where we are.

       @cryptologer it's more like it has actual utility than gold and you cant just make 50 trillion rounds appear out of thin air because you said so, you'll have to actually go manufacture them first
