@misty If your friend uses Discord, there is the GPS Server: https://discord.gg/eTkEScEFFf , they can ask in the optical-discs channel. There are a number of people who know about CDs and such.

@XerShadowTail Thank you! He's fine on dumping them - it's scanning the packaging, etc. he needs help scanning images of, and that just comes down to finding someone local.
