@nnungest as a mild user of Org mode, I'd have to agree (that it isn't good).It is, however, the best.If I were to rate document markup formats, I would put #markdown at 4/10 and #orgmode at 6/10.γ€γΎγγ the bar is low and despite its inefficiencies Org wins out through sheer potential compounded thru time.#Emacs itself is the same.

@mitchmarq42xyz without macros? No way would I hand type org syntax (if that's what you mean). But the overall all bells and whistles included? Yes it's amazing that I don't have to rely on other apps and just use the same doc.
