@leah I liked it, yeah! IIRC, I read it because it was recommended reading at a seasonal gig I did at YNAB, but I actually did enjoy it! It was fascinating to see how Disney thinks about customer experience.

@nicole I’ve heard of Napkin before, but in today’s Youtube chat with Stephan Ange, you mentioned they have a Readwise integration. I’m very curious about this! Is it just a one-way integration of tagging, or does it automatically edit the tags in Readies? I’m looking for better tag management across apps (mostly Readwise + Obsidian).
