       @kairyssdal The reason the "Trillion Dollar Coin" works in principle is because the debt limit is bogus from the jump.Congress simply doesn't have the power to prevent the Treasury from paying its bills.If it were me in the Oval Office, I would avoid the stunt (and the liability) and just have my legal team issue a brief declaring the debt limit as unconstitutional and instruct the Treasury that it's Constitutional duty is to pay all debts on time and in full. Full stop.
