       is it just me or has FB tweaked the parameters of their recommendation algorithm to show things people are actually interested in?ok, maybe that's going a bit too far, but for me about 2 in 10 posts are genuinely interesting or fun, the rest is varying from "yeah, okay but still not gonna click it" to "at least you tried" but very few complete misses

       @almostconverge I was wondering earlier, I'm suddenly getting a lot of adverts for guitar makers and music shops (not that I can afford a Jackson or PRS, but it's nice to dream).

       @chrisgn i get a mixture of pretty city photos, news from yorkshire papers, history of football and more recently, grungeand i'm sort of okay with all of that
