       After calling my elder sister last night, I was terribly depressed and could not sleep well.But when I lay down while listening to the Heart Sutra on YouTube at a low volume with headphones, I always fell asleep before I knew it. When I am sad but no one will hug me, listening to good music or chanting will make my heart start to move a little more normally.If you are sad, don't hold back and cry a lot. Then a brand new day will come.🫶✨✨God will not give you trials you cannot overcome.🪷I would like to believe so.
