@comradepond @Alex1488 It's a distraction anyway. Children that age are total wards of their guardians, therefore it is the parents and potentially school who are liable for misdeeds. It's a clear case of parental negligence at the very least - how else does a post-toddler negro get ahold of a loaded gun? That the prosecutor is arguing about the ward himself is pure distraction to justify more criminal welfare given out to the neediest race...
