@Godcast @SuperLutheran Can y’all please be in prayer for my wife. She has to be home alone at night because of my work schedule and she’s having suicidal thoughts about herself and harming our children. Post partum depression is no joke. She has medications for it but she can’t take it for a little while because the baby hasn’t come out yet. I’m calling my pastor in the morning to see if I can get some of the women in the church to take turns sitting with her so she’s not alone.

Her mother is being an absolute gen x twat and is the one pushing for the pills instead of recognizing the spiritual needs of her daughter are not being met. Grandma needs her Netflix more than my wife needs her mother.I was pushing my wife to confront her mother and push her to be better, but that’s not going to happen so it’s time to shake off the dust from our feet and forge ahead.The preacher is getting a gaggle of women together to come help her by the end of the week.

When they break down, they break down and you have to stop what you’re doing and fix them. In my case, my wife doesn’t even know her biological father because her mom was a whore in HS. Both of her biological parents were absolutely degenerates. Her step father was cold and verbally abusive. She has massive self worth/daddy issues that are healing, but some of those scars are simply permanent damage.I married her knowing full well her spiritual problems, but I thought and still do that it’s better to get off the porn permanently and start making children with a white christian woman who promises to obey me.I’ve put my foot down with her saying she can’t go back on the pills until after the cord has been cut. But still need to address the very real danger that the attention seeking bit doesn’t end up in something ugly happening to my kids or to her.

I made her mother go sit with her until I got home from work, and now she has someone set up to be with her for the rest of the week. Also, when you get paid with an actual time clock that you have to badge into, kinda have to be careful about not being at your station at the time appointed because that’s how you end up homeless. My wife doesn’t work, I’m the only source of income for our home.
