@animeirl @Paulo @notjustbikes vanillo, been vaporware longer than revolver. but it's not open source or anything special it just allows you to upload and watch videos :marseyclueless: seemingly relaunched recently? they've been restarting and giving up on the project for several years now. guy who made it is a cool autist and it was pretty surreal to encounter one of the people who previously worked on it in a landchad.net article. wonder what the dev who said he has 5TB of "CP (drawn)" on his hard drive is doing nowadays. sounds like the type of guy that'd be on fedi. a lot of the devs are on fedi now, interesting. also someone from the community, don't really like that person's vibe even though we hardly ever interacted at all. memories...

The homepage is nearly full of non-political stuff, and I've seen a very positive fire/slime ratio in almost all of his videos.Honestly, you can't have a Youtube competitor with strict moderation. Censorious bastards will always demand a mile out of their inch, taking away resources from actually improving your platform.
