@john Yeah, I can kinda see that. God I wish that gently prying their privileged little hands off of the machinery of society and putting them in a little playpen where they get ice cream and have no chance to control anything was easily doable.

@john Also now I want some ice cream and I am trying to decide if I specifically want *ice cream* or if putting on some clothes and going out to Brocato's for some gelato made with 150-year-old recipies will do. Part of me is kind of insisting that it needs to be the mediocre product of a complex industrial process that starts half the country away and ends at the local supermarket and while there *is* a certain mouthfeel I'm only gonna get that way I think I'm gonna be a lot happier in so many ways with the gelato.
