       We're currently fostering some puppies. As the room they're in doesn't have very good insulation (and we open the windows because they stink), we have this radiator room heater.Well, being the destructive puppies that they are, they chewed up the cord and the heater no longer works... or at least it didn't until about 10 minutes ago when I replaced the cord.I looked it up, these heaters go for at least $70 and I was able to fix it with about $10 of supplies from my local hardware store!

       This is why I'm all for Right to Repair. I save $60 by knowing what I needed to grab (lamp cord, a socket, and some adaptors), gave money to a local business, and--because I rode my bike--was even able to get some exercise!Not to mention, I feel like I've actually *gotten stuff done* instead of just having another lazy Sunday.
