       I got my personal instance of @forgejo running with @WoodpeckerCI and now I’ve really got no reason to miss GitHub or Docker Hub for my personal projects. Recommend this setup highly to others who are trying to reduce their dependence on proprietary providers.

       @andrew @WoodpeckerCI Isn't running docker inside the CI process pretty heavyweight? I mean, yes, I see that is should insulate the CI server from the system under test, but at a fairly substantial cost in server load?

       @simon_brooke @WoodpeckerCI containers are fairly light. My woodpecker processes, including a postgres database are only at a few dozen megabytes of ram, hardly worth considering unless youre trying to host on a SBC.There are probably lighter ways to do this, but I'm more comfortable with these principles and I have plenty of hardware.
