       No.  But I do think he is actually broke because if he weren't there wouldn't be a desperate need to fundraise for plane tickets.  If you look back every trip or even night out has been a goal.  It's strange for a man that brags about 40k in the bank.  He also went pro se after failing to raise the retianer for an attorney.        I don't think he has a gameplan.  I think he's reacting rather than preparing.  When shit does eventually fall apart it will probably fall apart completely and in very quick order.

       @Jim less than 2 weeks Jim. He won't showup for trial, get held in contempt, arrest warrant issued to bring him to court. Mexico has no problem with extradition, ralph doesn't know enough spanish(or have enough in the bank) to bribe the local PD, and people know exactly where he lives to send em.
