       @CyclingJourno @Remittancegirl @KevinCarson1 It *is* a blatant first amendment breach, but to make it stop you've got to take it to the courts (packed with Republican judges), and ultimately the US Supreme Court (majority Republicans appointed by Bush and Trump) and it has to be so blatant they can't find an excuse to ignore it. And you have to do this with *every* 1A breaching law, and they can keep spamming the statute books as long as they control the state legislatures.
