@count Poking around in the database, it just seems to have sampled an unusually large number of big servers in the last hour, that might not have been sampled in the last day or so. I'm going to leave this running a few days before I decide what's bugs and what's just sampling jitter.

@count I just removed the random sampling method I was using, and switched it to just chugging though all the servers (this will increase the load on other servers, but actually only by about 3x, and the API call is tiny, about the equivalent of getting a Toot). So The Count's hourly counts should be a complete picture, rather than a partial update.
