@Ronnie Oh, been meaning to ask: what’s your experience with the Mammoth iOS app? I kind of liked it, but the whole developed by Yahoo thing sort of irked me. Unless I’m misunderstanding things

@caycepollard Mammoth was developed by Shihab Mehboob, who has written a lot of apps in the past. If I’m not mistaken, he was doing it independently but then closer to the release date it became funded by Mozilla. I would say it’s a good app. I don’t have any issues with Mozilla although I see that others do and don’t like that it was VC funded. I would use it 100% without qualms although I like some other apps a little better.

@Ronnie I’m really liking Mona. Might subscribe to @ivory if they add the ability to approve followers. @IceCubesApp is really nice too, but not enough to drag me away from Mona. I didn’t like how Mammoth took you to the top of your timeline when you first opened it up rather than your last synced position

@caycepollard @ivory @IceCubesApp It’s absolutely ridiculous the quality of the apps here. Mona, Ivory, Ice Cubes, Woolly, Tusker, Mammoth, Mastoot, Toot!, etc. That’s eight clients right there and all of them are fantastic.
